    For me it wasn't always this way.

For me it started with cream cheese. The first 18 years of my life I would never, NEVER have considered myself a great "eater". I would pull the extra deli sliced turkey meat off of my sandwiches, complain if any sauce I had to consume had even a piece of meat in it, and God help them if they slathered mayo on anything I had to put in my mouth. I wish I could say my conversion to a great eater started with a perfectly seared piece of filet mignon or the briny love of my first oyster.

No, for me it started with cream cheese. For years I would never have gotten a bagel with cream cheese on it, cheese to me was yellow and came in individually wrapped slices and always went between slices of bread that were then buttered and fried in a pan. That’s it that was cheese. But then I tried it, I wish I could say I did it for myself but no I was pressured into it by a girlfriend of mine, and to my amazement I enjoyed it. “Hey that wasn’t that bad” I said. In reality it wasn’t that bad, in fact it was really good. That’s where it all began. After the cream cheese I would try anything and everything I could get my hands on. I realized something that day, that food was good. It was a profound lesson that led me to cook in my first restaurant, to go on to culinary school and, in conjunction with my father, open this catering company. Remember when booking your party, “food is good”. Put your trust in us to deliver only the best to you.
