Dear Jeanie and Tom - Thank you both so much for the fabulous Rehearsal Dinner you prepared for the 60+ guests at Libby and David's wedding. Libby had assured me - and I could tell from the enthusiastic scenarios you depicted when we had our first meeting - that the results would be superior! Well, impressive is an understatement. I was so proud to be in "some way" associated with the wonderful experience we all had. My daughter Jeannie's family had arrived that morning from a 12 hour flight from Hawaii. Another daughter and her beau had come from London - people from all around the globe converged that evening and experienced what Libby and you had envisioned: a real Long Island experience! Not only was the food "to die for", but your service and graciousness (especially when my sisters arrived after 9PM) were exceptional - a thoroughly professional and top-notch experience. Thank you both so very much!

Tom - Throughout this past week I received thank you notes and phone calls from the guests who attended the birthday party you so grandly catered. Every message expressed that everything served was delicious, beautifully presented and bountiful as well! The shrimp BLT's simply kept coming all the way up until the mussels first course was served. The lobsters were amazingly succulent and easy to eat. We still can't figure out what you did so that we didn't need crackers. Just as mysterious is WHEN you did it! You were always nearby, asking if we needed anything. There's so much more I could say, but I must end with two thoughts: the grilled marinated steak filets and YOU. Everyone who attended said they had never experienced steak of that quality. They also said that if they had to choose but one man to attend an all woman party, you'd be the one. Your catering is fabulous, and perhaps just as important, you are the ultimate professional and so very nice at the same time. Thank you for making this party so memorable.

Dear Tom, Thomas and Jean - This is very late in coming, but as sincere as if we were married last week. Your catering of our wedding reception on May 31 was absolutely perfect! Everyone I've spoken to since then has raved about THE FOOD. Not what a stunning bride I was (yes, a little joke), but THE FOOD. Your expertise and excellent menu made the whole process so easy, and you were so accommodating, nice and fun. Tom, I thought it was cute when you turned the cake around because you thought a mistake had been made (Remember? It said "Happy Birthday" to my sister.) The only problem I had with the whole process was that there were just too many choices of delicious food and I had a lot of trouble making my mind up. Fortunately, you were able to help a lot with that as well. We wish you continued success and thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We will definitely return to you with any future catering needs in the family.
