your guests select pastas and sauces then watch as we prepare their selections before them Slider Bar Mini Hamburgers, a selection of toppings, served off the grill Raw Bar Clams and Oysters shucked while your guests talk to our chef about the origins of the seafood and what to look for when buying or eating. (See our clambake menu for additions to the raw bar). Cocktail Party Hors d'Oeuvres Various items cooked in front of your guests.
